Evolve Wellness and Health is an up and coming clinic who is expanding and looking for a Nurse Practitioner to diagnose and treat health conditions and promote good health practices. As a NP, you will be our go to person for ensuring the best patient care possible. The job description includes conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests, and overseeing patients health. You will not only be a health practitioner but you will also be an educator, helping people have a healthier lifestyle. Knowledge of hormone therapy is a need for this position.

Skills:

-Proven track record as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinic, hospital, ER or other setting

-Knowledge of health and patient care regulations

-Strong ethics

-Willingness to gain knowledge and clinical experience

-Valid Nurse practitioner/MD license

-Master's degree and HRT/TRT knowledge is preferred

-DEA Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,883.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
